武汉钢铁公司是我国—个大型钢铁联合企业,现有在职会计人员1000多人,据初步统计,其中未受过系统专业训练的青年人约占40%左右。他们绝大部分热爱会计工作,积极向上,迫切要求系统学习会计基础理论和专业知识,以尽快提高业务水平和工作能力。公司党委极为重视,早在1971年和1976年就先后举办了财会短训班。从1980年起,又开始抓在职会计人员的系统培训工作。两年多来,取得了一定成效,有150余人受到了脱产半年的专业训练,其中有51人受到了脱产一年半的专业训练。遵照中共中央1981年8号文件和财政部《关于加强会计人员培训工作的几点意见》的指示精神,这个公司的领导认为:有计划、有组织的对在职会计人员进行系统培训,是关系
Wuhan Iron and Steel Company is a large iron and steel enterprise in our country. There are more than 1,000 in-service accountants. According to preliminary statistics, about 40% of the young people who have not received systematic professional training. Most of them love accounting work, positive, urgently require the system to learn the basic theory and professional accounting knowledge in order to improve business skills and ability to work as soon as possible.
