为了探索腐蚀缺陷对油气管道剩余强度的影响规律,将响应曲面法与ANSYS有限元法相结合,以在不同腐蚀参数缺陷下得到的油气管道剩余强度作为响应值,建立了腐蚀缺陷长度、宽度和深度与油气管道剩余强度响应输出之间的数学模型,讨论不同影响因素的显著性及其交互作用的影响规律。结果表明,单影响因素腐蚀缺陷深度对油气管道剩余强度影响最大,腐蚀缺陷长度与深度的交互作用比较显著。
In order to explore the influence of corrosion defects on the residual strength of oil and gas pipelines, the response surface method and ANSYS finite element method were combined to obtain the residual strength of oil and gas pipelines with different corrosion parameters as the response value, and established the corrosion defect length, width and depth And the residual strength of the oil and gas pipe output response to the mathematical model to discuss the significance of different influencing factors and their interaction rules. The results show that the influence of single factor on corrosion residual depth has the greatest influence on residual strength of oil and gas pipelines, and the interaction between corrosion defect length and depth is significant.
