4月20日,中国人民银行公布今年一季度金融机构贷款投向统计报告,报告显示,今年一季度个人购房贷款增加1万亿元,同比多增4309亿元。根据人民银行去年7月发布的上半年金融机构贷款投向统计报告,去年上半年个人购房贷款增加1.12万亿元,同比多增1767亿元。今年一季度新增个人房贷已接近去年上半年总量。
On April 20, the People’s Bank of China announced that in the first quarter of this year, loans from financial institutions will go to the statistical report. The report shows that personal home purchase loans increased by 1 trillion yuan in the first quarter of this year, 430.9 billion yuan more than the same period of last year. According to statistics released by the People’s Bank of China on the loans granted by financial institutions in the first half of last year, personal home loans increased by 1.12 trillion yuan in the first half of last year and 176.7 billion yuan more than the same period of last year. The first quarter of this year, new personal loans is close to the total amount of the first half of last year.
