针对现在多路大功率激光器的功率平衡缺乏对评定参数计算方法的细致讨论,提出了瞬时功率和激光装置束间功率不平衡度的详细数值计算方法。根据理论模拟结果,选取平顶脉冲时间脉冲波形半峰全宽对应的中心位置作为时间波形的时间基准进行功率平衡计算。实验中,用光电转换元件、示波器和能量卡计分别进行各路激光束到达靶点的时间同步、脉冲时间波形和能量测试,计算得到多路激光瞬时功率和激光装置束间功率不平衡度,并分析瞬时功率测试结果的不确定度,从而给出多路激光功率平衡测量技术和方法。
Aiming at the lack of detailed discussion on the calculation method of the evaluation parameters for the power balance of multi-channel high power lasers, a detailed numerical calculation method of instantaneous power and power unbalance between laser devices is proposed. According to the theoretical simulation results, the center position corresponding to the full width at half maximum of the pulse waveform of the flat-top pulse is selected as the time reference of the time waveform to calculate the power balance. In the experiment, time synchronization, pulse time waveform and energy test of each laser beam arriving at the target were respectively carried out with photoelectric conversion element, oscilloscope and energy card meter, the instantaneous power of multi-channel laser and power unbalance between laser beams were calculated, And analyzes the uncertainty of the instantaneous power test results, thus giving the multi-way laser power balance measurement technology and method.
