1概况河南省人民胜利渠灌区位于河南省北部黄河北岸,灌区规划设计灌溉面积9.92万hm2,主要承担焦作、新乡、安阳3市9个县(市、区)的农田灌溉、生活供水、生态供水和除涝任务,并承担向境外的滑县地下水补源的任务。灌区自1952年4月开灌以来,经过近60年的建设与管理,已逐步形成“井渠结合”的灌溉网络和干、支、斗齐全的灌排体系,在农田灌溉、抗旱补源、沉沙改土、灌溉科研、环境保护等方面都取得了辉煌成就。
1 Overview Henan Shengli Ditch Irrigated Area is located on the north bank of the Yellow River in the northern part of Henan Province.
