金秋十月,党的十七大在北京胜利召开。胡锦涛总书记的报告中,信息化思想贯穿全篇,从第一个部分到第十二部分,共有十处表述与信息化密切相关。报告中首次鲜明地提出了信息化与工业化融合发展的崭新命题,赋予了我国信息化全新的历史使命。在十七大报告中,推进信息化的思想多次体现。特别是报告中首次提出的大力推进信息化与工业化融合的理念,为指导信息化与信息产业发展提出崭新命题。这与十六大报告有关信息化的论述是一脉相承的,同时又体现了与时俱进的新发展,是认识的不断深化。信息化与工业化的融合发展是由信息化自身的本质特性决定的,是走新型工业化道路、实现经济可持续发展的必然要求,信息化要找准位置,深入渗透到国民经济各领域各行业之中,为经济结构调整、实现经济又好又快发展作出新的更大的贡献。
