一、现实表现一个时期以来,各种经济诈骗犯罪活动严重,不仅影响了我国招商引资的信誉和声望,而且严重干扰了社会经济生活的正常进行。党中央、国务院对此十分重视,要求公安、司法机关坚决打击经济诈骗犯罪。各地公安机关在党和政府的领导下,认真履行法律赋予的职能,严格执法,依法办案,为维护社会主义法制的尊严,保障改革开放和经济建设的顺利进行,发挥了重要作用。
I. Realistic Performance Since a long time ago, the serious criminal activities of various economic frauds have not only affected the reputation and prestige of China’s investment promotion, but have also seriously disturbed the normal progress of social and economic life. The Central Party Committee and the State Council attach great importance to this and demanded that public security and judicial organs resolutely crack down on crimes of economic fraud. Under the leadership of the party and the government, the public security organs in various localities have conscientiously fulfilled the functions entrusted by law, strictly enforcing the law and handling cases in accordance with the law. They have played an important role in safeguarding the dignity of the socialist legal system and in ensuring the smooth progress of reform, opening up and economic construction.
