本文通过对济南铁路局非运输企业中层管理人员(指企业各部门正职)现行工资分配模式的分析,针对中层管理人员工资与个人绩效脱钩、与系统和本企业职工收入不联挂等问题,提出了优化完善建议和配套措施,并对预期效果进行了评价分析。
Based on the analysis of the present mode of distribution of salary among middle-level managers of non-transportation enterprises in Jinan Railway Bureau (referring to the principal of various departments of the Company), this paper puts forward the solution to the problem that the salary of middle managers should be separated from personal performance, Optimized and perfected suggestions and supporting measures, and evaluated the expected results.
