目的 探讨光学虹膜切除术后治疗先天性绕核性白内障的方法。方法 对光学虹膜切除术后的先天性绕核性白内障患者 12例 (2 4只眼 )行软性白内障摘除囊袋内人工晶状体植入联合瞳孔成形术 ,术中采取角膜进针、穿过缺损区域两侧虹膜、角膜出针、通过白内障切口行前房内打结方法恢复瞳孔形状。结果 全部患者术后矫正视力均≥ 0 5 ;瞳孔近似圆形 ,且对光反射存在 ;无畏光和单眼复视症状 ;美容效果良好。结论 白内障摘除人工晶状体植入联合瞳孔成形术是治疗光学虹膜切除术后先天性绕核性白内障患者的理想方法。
Objective To explore the method of treating congenital nucleus-cataract after optical iridectomy. Methods 12 cases (24 eyes) with congenital nucleus-cataract after optical iridotomy underwent cataract extraction with capsular intraocular lens implantation combined with pupil plasty. The corneal needle was taken during surgery, Area on both sides of the iris, corneal needle, cataract incision through the anterior chamber knot method to restore pupil shape. Results All patients had ≥ 0.5 corrected visual acuity. The pupil was approximately circular with the presence of light reflex. The symptoms of photophobia and monocular diplopia were good. The cosmetic effect was good. Conclusions Cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation combined with pupiloplasty is an ideal method for the treatment of patients with congenital nucleus-cataract after optical iridotomy.
