信息不对称理论是信息经济学中的重要理论,在社会生活中信息不对称现象无处不在,图书馆的读者服务工作也不例外。消除读者服务工作中的信息不对称现象将有助于提高服务质量,推进图书馆事业的发展。本文对读者服务工作中存在的信息不对称的表现进行了分析并提出了相应的建议和对策。
Asymmetric information theory is an important theory in information economics. In the social life, the phenomenon of information asymmetry is everywhere and the library reader service is no exception. Eliminating the asymmetric information in the service of readers will help to improve the service quality and promote the development of the library. This paper analyzes the performance of information asymmetry existing in the service of readers and puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
