By the end of 2002, the State Council formally announced the plan on the reform of the electric power system. The power market order of “separation of factory network and bidding on the Internet” was initially established. How great is the impact of this great change on the tax source of the power industry in our province in 2003? How should the tax system adapt as soon as possible?
