锗是严重干扰钼蓝比色法测定二氧化硅的元素,它们的分离通常被认为是比较困难的。因此锗精矿或高含量锗试料中二氧化硅的测定,大都采用预先将锗挥发或繁琐冗长的重量法。 丹宁又称鞣酸,是一种分子较大的复杂多元酚类,是锗的很好的沉淀剂。但与锗生成絮状沉淀,难于过滤,又易吸附其它元素,不适用于定量分离锗。通过试验发现,用丹宁水溶液浸泡的脱脂棉花能定量吸附锗,从而达到快速分寓锗、比色测定硅的目的。
Germanium is a serious interference with molybdenum blue colorimetric determination of silica elements, their separation is generally considered to be more difficult. Therefore, the determination of germanium concentrate or high content of germanium in the test sample, most of the pre-germanium volatile or tedious weight method. Tannin, also known as tannic acid, is a complex polyhydric phenol with a large molecular weight and is a good precipitating agent for germanium. However, with germanium generated flocculent precipitation, difficult to filter, but also easy to adsorb other elements, is not suitable for quantitative separation of germanium. It was found through experiments that the denatured cotton soaked in tannin solution can quantitatively adsorb germanium to achieve the rapid separation of germanium and colorimetric determination of silicon.
