学困生是指智力水平正常,但学业成绩暂时落后的学生。如何对这一部分学生进行转化,关系到一个教师、一个班级能否大面积提高教学质量,提高学生的学习兴趣。笔者在长期的教学实践中发现,以互助学习的方式能够很好地帮助学困生走出学习困境、重树学习信心。一、互助学习的方式能帮助学困生克服胆怯的心理,“敢于发问”在当前的应试教育下,受利益的驱动,学优生往往比学困生能享受更多的优待,学困生则成为班级陪读的一部分,“成则为王,败
Poor students are those students whose intelligence level is normal, but academic achievement is behind. How to transform this part of the students relates to whether a teacher or a class can improve teaching quality in a large area and improve students’ interest in learning. In the long-term teaching practice, the author finds that mutual aid learning can help poor students get out of the learning plight and regain confidence in learning. First, the mutual learning approach can help poor students overcome their cowardly mentality, and ”dare to ask questions." Under the current examination-oriented education, driven by interests, scholarly students tend to enjoy more preferential treatment than students with learning difficulties. Students become part of the class’s reading.
