患者女,31岁,因情志不畅,于2003年3月12日早7点半左右,口服一包灭鼠药毒鼠强,被家人发现后,急拨打“120”求救,于8点左右接入我院救治。入院时病人全身抽搐,颈项强直,面色青紫。立即给予双通道输液,静注安定10 mg,1min 左右缓解,神志清,面色逐渐转为苍白,在洗渭过程中病人反复抽搐多次,恶心、呕吐频繁,即给5%GS 500 ml 内加安定50 mg 静脉点滴。在抽搐之前洗出的洗胃液为淡黄色,在多次抽搐之后洗胃液逐渐变为淡红色。洗胃之后约2 h,病人呕吐出暗红色
