血粘度是血液流变学中的主要指标,是临床诊断高、低粘滞综合症的一项重要的辅助检查。血液粘度大小直接影响着血液循环中流阻的大小,从而影响机体组织血液灌注量的多少,因此血液粘度具有重要的生理和病理意义。无临床状况下发现血液粘滞异常,预示潜在疾病存在的可能,这对警示疾病的发生,积极地进行疾病预防特别是对中风的预防都有着重要的临床意义。但是影响血粘度值测定的因素众多,除血液内在的因素外,还与仪器、检测条件、检测人群所处地域等诸多因素有关。因此在严格操作条件下建立本地区本实验室的血粘度值参考区间是为临床提供科学、正确诊断依据之首要。我们对杭州地区2024名体检健康人进行了血粘度值测定,并对结果进行了处理分析,确定了其参考区间,现报道如下。
Blood viscosity is a major indicator in blood rheology, and is an important auxiliary examination for clinical diagnosis of high and low viscous syndromes. The size of blood viscosity directly affects the size of the flow resistance in the blood circulation, thereby affecting the amount of blood perfusion in the body tissue, so the blood viscosity has important physiological and pathological significance. Abnormal blood viscosity is found in the absence of clinical conditions, indicating the potential for the existence of potential diseases. This has important clinical implications for the occurrence of warning diseases and active prevention of diseases, especially for the prevention of stroke. However, there are many factors affecting the measurement of blood viscosity. In addition to the inherent factors of blood, it is also related to many factors such as the instrument, test conditions, and the location of the test population. Therefore, setting up the blood viscosity reference range of this laboratory under the strict operating conditions is the first step to provide scientific and accurate diagnosis basis for the clinic. We measured the blood viscosity of 2024 healthy people in Hangzhou and analyzed the results to determine the reference interval. The report is as follows.
