近年来,普通高校毕业生就业难、人才市场技术工人招聘难的问题日趋严重。为解决这一难题,国务院于2005年做出大力发展职业技术教育的决定,把发展职业教育,培养具有全面素质和综合职业能力的应用型专门技术人才和劳动者,作为经济社会发展的重要基础和教育工作的战略重点。但是,时至今日,职业教育的发展现状仍不容乐观,尤其是学生厌学问题非常突出,几近成为困扰广大中职教育者的痼疾。笔者尝试从多个角度对中职生厌学问题的根由进行分析,并针对有效解决中职生厌学问题的对策进行多方面探究,以期对当前中等职业技术学校的教育改革与发展建言献策。
In recent years, the employment of graduates in ordinary colleges and universities is hard and the recruitment of technical workers in the talent market is becoming more and more difficult. In order to solve this difficult problem, the State Council made the decision of vigorously developing vocational and technical education in 2005, taking the development of vocational education and the cultivation of application-oriented specialized technical personnel and workers with overall qualities and comprehensive occupational skills as the important foundations for economic and social development And the strategic focus of education. However, up to now, the status quo of vocational education is still not optimistic. In particular, the problem of student dislike learning is very prominent. It has almost become a chronic illness that plagued the majority of secondary vocational school educators. The author attempts to analyze the root causes of secondary school students’ dislike of learning from multiple angles and probes into the countermeasures of effectively solving the problem of secondary school students tired of learning, with a view to offering advice and suggestions to the current educational reform and development of secondary vocational technical schools.
