目的:了解蒿坪镇燃煤污染型地方性氟中毒流行及防治现况,为政府部门进一步采取防治措施提供理论依据。方法:对以往改炉改灶工作进行回顾,采取普查的方法对7周岁以上人群进行氟斑牙和氟骨症检查,诊断依据为《地方病防治手册》。结果:截至2007年蒿坪镇全部完成已查明病区的改炉改灶工作。氟斑牙检出率67.80%,氟骨症检出率12.99%。结论:燃煤污染型氟中毒流行程度较重,今后应建立健全防氟改灶的配售网络,加强健康教育工作,以巩固防氟改灶效果。
Objective: To understand the epidemic situation of endemic fluorosis and the status of prevention and cure of coal-burning pollution in Artemisia town and to provide theoretical basis for government departments to further take preventive measures. Methods: In the past, the work of revamping furnaces was retrospectively reviewed. The census method was used to examine dental fluorosis and skeletal fluorosis among people over 7 years of age. The diagnosis was based on the Handbook of Prevention and Treatment of Endemic Diseases. Results: As of 2007, Artemisia Town completed all the work of renovating the stove in the ward. The detection rate of dental fluorosis was 67.80% and that of skeletal fluorosis was 12.99%. Conclusion: The prevalence of fluorosis in coal-fired pollution is relatively high. In the future, a distribution network should be set up to prevent fluorosis and change stoves, and health education should be strengthened so as to consolidate the effect of preventing fluorine from changing stoves.
