目前,在各模具制造厂中 NC 电加工机床的数量不断增加。这类机床的操作极为简单,即使是初学者也能很快掌握各种按钮进行操作。但欲使这类机床能充分发挥作用,则必须不断地充实软件。为此必须经常将各种加工诀窍数据化后充实到软件中去,以便使电加工机床的功能不断地提高和改善。1.与电加工性能有关的因素电加工的性能涉及许多因素,且这些因素的变化极为复杂,因而在操作电加工机床时,必须掌握许多诀窍。虽然电加工性能因不同机种而异,但有关型腔电加工加工性能的基本因素不外乎是加工速度、表面粗糙度、电极损耗率及过蚀这四个方面。
