研究了用热型连铸法制备Be含量为0.4%的柱状晶组织CuAlBe形状记忆合金管及其晶状组织,将合金管切割成段,经固溶处理后扩径即成管接头。当连铸速度为80mm/min、冷却距离为10mm、压头为20mm、铸型温度为1 030℃时,记忆合金管连铸过程最平稳,管的表面质量及尺寸控制最好。管接头的最大扩径率可达10.20%,此时管接头的形状回复率仍可达到92.86%。名义扩径率为7.55%时,扩径后As、Af温度升高,Ms、Mf温度降低,合金的相变温度滞后范围从扩径前的40℃增加到了70℃。
The hot-type continuous casting method was used to prepare the columnar crystalline CuAlBe shape memory alloy tube with Be content of 0.4% and its crystalline structure. The alloy tube was cut into sections and the diameter of the tube was increased after solution treatment. When the continuous casting speed is 80mm / min, the cooling distance is 10mm, the pressure head is 20mm and the mold temperature is 1 030 ℃, the continuous casting process of the memory alloy tube is the most stable, and the tube surface quality and size control are the best. The maximum expansion rate of the pipe joint can reach 10.20%, and the shape recovery rate of the pipe joint can still reach 92.86% at this time. When the nominal expansion rate was 7.55%, the As and Af temperatures increased and the Ms and Mf temperatures decreased after the expansion. The phase transition temperature hysteresis of the alloy increased from 40 ℃ before expansion to 70 ℃.
