病史摘要男孩,11岁,因发现心动过缓9年余,于1985年6月29日转入我院。患儿于2岁5个月因腹泻2天就诊时发现心率慢,60次/分,即以“病毒性心肌炎?”收住院。当时大便每日2～3次,无发热,除精神稍差外无其它症状。抗“O”、血沉正常。胸片:心影正常。EKG提示:窦性心律,Ⅱ度Ⅰ型及Ⅱ型
Summary of the history of the boy, aged 11, was found to have bradycardia more than 9 years, in June 29, 1985 into our hospital. Children at 2 years and 5 months due to diarrhea 2 days treatment found heart rate is slow, 60 beats / min, that is “viral myocarditis?” Admitted to hospital. At that time stool 2 or 3 times a day, no fever, except for the spirit of a little worse without other symptoms. Anti “O”, ESR normal. X-ray: normal heart shadow. EKG Tip: sinus rhythm, Ⅱ degree Ⅰ and Ⅱ type
