目的对紫背鼠尾草Salvia cavaleriei Levl.var.erythrophylla (Hemsl.) Stib化学成分进行研究。方法应用硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶等色谱技术分离纯化,应用波谱技术确定化合物的结构。结果从紫背鼠尾草中分离得到5个化合物,分别为3a,6a,23-三羟基-12-烯-齐墩果酸(1),熊果酸(2),正十七酸(3),正十八酸(4),a-谷甾醇(5)。结论5个化合物均为首次从该植物分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of Salvia cavaleriei Levl.var.erythrophylla (Hemsl.) Stib. Methods Chromatography techniques such as silica gel and Sephadex were used to separate and purify the compounds. Spectroscopic techniques were used to determine the structures of the compounds. Results Five compounds were isolated from S. purpurea, 3a, 6a, 23-trihydroxy-12-ene-oleoic acid (1), ursolic acid (2), and n-heptadecanic acid (3). ), n-octadecanoic acid (4), a-sitosterol (5). Conclusion The five compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
