空压机在玻璃行业属于重点耗能设备,一般耗电量占企业用电的60%左右。如何合理选用空压机,在目前能源短缺的情况下,有着重要的意义。北京玻璃四厂在扩大生产过程中,合理选用空压机,取得了良好节能效果。该厂供电变压器容量为800KVA,平均负荷为580KW。原有一台4L-20/8型空压机,专供一台四段行列制瓶机用气,另二台4L-20/8型空压机供其它用气设备。去年底,该厂决定扩大生产规模。扩大一盘玻璃熔炉,需增加一台四段行列制瓶机。按照常规方案,只要增加一台L_2-10/8型空压机,可以满足用气量的需求。另外还要增加一些辅助设备,计算结果需增加耗电180KW,这样原变压器容量就不够了,要更换变压器和新敷
