国家自然科学基金委员会成立近三年来,对我国科学事业的发展发挥了它应有的作用,同时得到了国内外有关方面的瞩目和支持。今年召开的第七届全国人民代表大会和政协七届全国委员会第一次会议上的部分代表和委员、基金委各学部召开的学科评审会上的专家,对科学基金工作提出了不少意见和建议。对此,《中国科学基金》编辑部邀请国家自然科学基金委员会负责同志就人大代表、政协委员和有关专家提出的问题,作了综合答复。
Since the founding of the NSFC in recent three years, the National Natural Science Foundation of China has played its due role in the development of science in our country. At the same time, it has received the attention and support of relevant parties at home and abroad. Some delegates and members of the Seventh National People's Congress and the Seventh National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference held at this year's experts and experts at the discipline review meeting held by the academic departments of the Fund Commission made many suggestions on the work of the Science Fund Suggest.
