用放射性配基竟争结合法测定连续激发哮喘和小青龙汤治疗后,各时点大鼠肺组织糖皮质激素受体(GCR)和β受体(βAR)含量。结果表明:激发第1天肺组织胞浆GCR结合位点数显著升高,3天后迅速下降至正常水平。肺组织胞膜βAR结合位点数于激发后逐日下降,第3、7天明显低于正常对照组,而第7天又明显低于第3天。小青龙汤治疗后,肺组织GCR、βAR与哮喘第7天组相比均显著增高。提示小青龙汤具有上调哮喘大鼠肺组织GCR和βAR水平的作用。
Using radioligand agglutinative binding assay to determine the content of glucocorticoid receptor (GCR) and β receptor (βAR) in rat lung at each time point after consecutively inducing asthma and Xiaoqinglong Decoction treatment. The results showed that the number of GCR binding sites in the cytoplasm of the lung tissue on the first day of the challenge was significantly increased, and rapidly decreased to normal levels after 3 days. The number of β-AR binding sites in the lung tissue decreased day by day after challenge, and was significantly lower on the 3rd and 7th days than in the normal control group, while it was significantly lower on the 7th day than on the 3rd day. After treatment with Xiaoqinglong Decoction, the lung tissue GCR and βAR were significantly higher than those on the 7th day of asthma. It is suggested that Xiaoqinglong Decoction can up-regulate the levels of GCR and βAR in the lung tissue of asthmatic rats.
