房地产市场利益纷繁复杂,一边说是广州的成交量萎缩,北京更为严重,一边是传说南京等地的购房又如买菜般。各种消息杂糅一起,真假难辨。消息差异的原因,一种可能是现在各种炒楼的资金转向二线城市,北京、广州房市趋冷,而其他二线城市的房市趋热。另一种可能就是开发商或者其他团队故意放风,制造当地销售火旺的气象,诱导待购者进入实际购买阶段。在更大的背景下,差异其实已无关紧要。从长远来说,开发商顶多赚得了眼前的一些利润,而百姓大多也是吃眼前亏。
