This article studies the effects of various operating factors on gold leaching; the control of leaching rate; and some measures to reduce thiourea consumption. The principle of acid silicalite in the slurry leaching (IIL) method is that the iron substitutional gold can reduce the decomposition and destruction loss of thiourea and inhibit the adsorption of gold by the ore and the carbonaceous substances contained therein.
