《河南省配合饲料资源调查研究》在省科委主持下,于84年12月27日在郑州进行了技术总结并通过了鉴定。饲料资源调查是根据国家商业部、轻工部,化工部、国家医药管理局于1983年联合通知精神和国家制订的《实施纲要》要求,在省计委,省经委和省科委的统一领导下,在省科委的具体协调下,广泛组织了十四个厅、局、所、司、院校的三十三个单位的科技力量(其中中级以上的科研人员23名),在“协作组”的基础上,采取分系统,按行业,分口包干调查的方式,发扬社会主义协作精神,在较短的时间内,采集并检验分析
