编辑:您好!我是上海一所中职学校文秘专业的学生。在学校里,我是班干部,学习成绩优秀,而且各方面的综合能力也不差,现在已经考出了驾驶证、办公自动化等多张技能证书。经老师推荐,我来到了一家知名大企业实习,实习岗位是行政部门助理。开始进入公司的时候,我很有信心。但是实习不到几天我就接二连三地受到了领导的批评。有一次我接到一个打错的电话,对方购买了我们公司的不合格产品要找售后服务部,可是打到了我们行政部。当时对方口气很不客气,于是我告诉他打错了,就直接挂掉了电话。结果领导批评我处理不当。我当时很委屈:明明是客户打错了电话,而且态度又不好,为什么反而怪我。还有一次,我负责整理会议记录,当我交上去时,领导只瞄了一眼,就批评说我整理的材料不符合格式。我很委屈,在整理的时候自己注意过格式,怎么还会出“岔子”呢?结果发现原来没有在文件的正上方加上公司的标识。虽然领导提醒过我,公司的任何文件资料都必须加上公司的标识,但是我想会议记录之类的文件本来就属于内部资料,根本不可能对外出示,又何必特地去加一个标识呢?我觉得领导是借题发挥。现在,我已经实习快两个星期了,几乎每天都会因为小事受到领导的批评。一方面,我觉得领导太苛刻;另一方面,我开始越来越没有自信,自己明明在学校里很优秀,为什么进了企业连一些小事情也做不好呢?小杨
