中小企业在世界各国,无论是在发展中国家,或是发达国家,在确保地区经济发展,扩大就业,实现科技创新及成果转化方面扮演着越来越重要的角色。然而,中小企业“融资难”是中国乃至全世界困扰中小企业快速发展的主要瓶颈之一,成为世界各国解决中小企业经济发展中的棘手难题。在金融资源获取上,中小企业对社会所做的贡献与所获得社会金融资源配比是严重失衡的。
Small and medium-sized enterprises in all countries in the world, whether in developing countries or developed countries, play an increasingly important role in ensuring regional economic development, expanding employment, realizing technological innovation and transforming achievements. However, SME “Financing Difficulties ” is one of the major bottlenecks that have plagued SMEs in China and the world as a whole.
