目的 对卫生部项目发展初期参差不齐情况下，项目覆盖及病人发现资料分析方法进行探讨。方法 考虑到项目滚动发展的特点，按周期计算涂阳病人登记水平，以及用项目覆盖水平指标来反映项目发展的综合水平。结果及结论 结果显示两种分析方法能够较全面地反映项目发展情况，使项目县之间的比较更具可比性，并将发展不平衡的现象揭示得更为突出。作者就项目发展不平衡的原因进行了分析探讨。
Objective To explore the methods of project coverage and patient discovery data analysis under the condition of the initial development of the Ministry of Health. Methods Taking into account the characteristics of rolling development of the project, calculate the registration level of smear positive patients by cycle and reflect the comprehensive level of project development with project coverage level indicators. Results and Conclusions The results show that the two methods can reflect the project development more comprehensively, make the comparison among project counties more comparable, and reveal the phenomenon of unbalanced development more prominently. The author analyzes the reasons for the unbalanced development of the project.
