近年来,我院在“改革、开放、搞活”的方针政策指导下,不断深化教学改革,加强了引进国外智力的工作,有力地促进了教学科研水平的提高。自一九八四年来,我院先后聘请了6名外籍语言教师来校从事英语教学工作,邀请了十几批外国专家进行了短期的讲学与研究活动。这对提高英语专业的教学水平,培训青年教师和出国预备人员起了一定的作用;同时对开展国际间的学术交流,了解国外农业教学科研的新信息,新技术,增进国际间的了解和友谊有促进。
