摩洛哥控制瓷砖等制品的进口用汇摩洛哥政府外汇管理局1月24日发布公告,自即日起进口瓷砖(包括地砖、墙砖等)制品的进口用汇,须提前9个月向外汇管理局提出申请,依据有关规定获准后方可对外支付进口用汇。涉及1月24日前已经对外签约的,只有以下两种情况可以对外支付外汇:有关银行已经对外开具不可撤销的即期信用证;其他支付方式下货物已经直接启运摩洛哥的。
