我室使用SAL-50A直肠探头检查前列腺及直肠疾病取得满意效果,操作中体会到常规乳胶套注水法缺点有三。其一,可能混入气泡,影响显象效果,如果清除气泡,从水的选用到反复抽气较为麻烦。其二,加重病人的不适感。其三,一旦乳胶套破裂,使得病人和医生非常尴尬。 笔者改用双层乳胶套表面涂导声胶法便可解决上述问题,而且非常方便。其方法是在探头窗上均
