推土机最终传动装置在使用中最易发生的故障是驱动轮内、外油封漏油。此故障只需在安装时保证油封有一定的预压缩量即可解决。本文要介绍的是在使用中不常遇到,但较难解决的问题,即最终传动箱齿轮轴心线不正的修复。我局有一台上海120A推土机使用一年后,反复出现最终传动箱齿罩连接螺栓松动,拧紧后几小时又松动,导致传动箱漏油严重。拆卸检查后发现,齿罩定位销配合正常,轴承间隙也为正常值;但双联齿轮和大齿圈齿轮啮合线

This article is to introduce a problem that is not often encountered in use, but is more difficult to solve, that is, the final axis of the gear box gear axis repair. After one year of using a 120A bulldozer in Shanghai, there was repeated loosening of the connecting gear bolts of the final transmission case, and loosening after a few hours of tightening, which resulted in serious leakage of the transmission case. After dismantling and inspection, it was found that the positioning pin of the tooth cover is normal, and the bearing clearance is also normal; however, the double gear and the large ring gear mesh the line of engagement.
