目的对某煤矿建设项目可能存在的职业病危害因素进行预评价,提出相应的防护和管理措施。方法采用类比法和检查表法相结合的原则,对该建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素进行定性和定量评价。结果该项目总平面布局合理,工艺成熟,设备先进,自动化程度较高。在其生产过程中可能存在的职业病危害因素为生产性粉尘(煤尘)、噪声及化学有害物质(一氧化碳、二氧化氮、二氧化硫、硫化氢、锰及其化合物)。结论该项目在科学设计、严格管理的前提下,其职业病防护措施基本能达到《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》及《工业企业设计卫生标准》(GBZ 1—2010)等法律、法规及标准、规范的要求。
Objective To pre-evaluate the possible occupational hazards in a coal mine construction project and put forward corresponding protection and management measures. Methods The principle of combination of analogy and checklist was used to qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate the occupational hazards that may occur in this project. Results The overall layout of the project is reasonable, mature technology, advanced equipment, high degree of automation. Occupational hazards that may be present in its production process are productive dust (coal dust), noise and chemically hazardous substances (carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulphide, manganese and their compounds). Conclusion Under the premise of scientific design and strict management, the project’s protective measures for occupational diseases can basically meet the laws, regulations and standards such as Law of the People’s Republic of China on Occupational Disease Prevention and Control and Industrial Design Health Standard (GBZ 1-2010) Request.
