结肠是肠道中细菌含有量最多的部位,也是炎性肠病和癌症的好发部位。肠道微生物群落结构发生变化时可能会引起疾病的发生;然而当结肠发生病变时,肠道微生物群落结构也会发生相应的变化,因此通过分析肠道微生物的变化能预警疾病的发生发展,避免组织病理分析对机体的伤害。本文结合最近的研究成果,从肠道微生物的角度综述了肠道微生物与结直肠癌的关系,列举出一些潜在的能标记结直肠癌的生物标记,为将来用微生物诊断和治疗结直肠癌提供新思路。

In this review, we summarize the relationship between gut microbiota and colorectal cancer from the perspective of gut microbiology, and provide some potential biomarkers to mark colorectal cancer in order to diagnose and treat colorectal cancer with microorganisms in the future New ideas.
