The article attempts to explain why the current comparative political studies show a disappointment by answering three basic questions. The three questions are: Why compare? What is comparable? How to compare? The author also tries to disprove the idea that the more political approach has matured and that it has been mastered by researchers. In fact, many unresolved questions still exist and there is a new trend emerging that some research, such as “cat-dog combinations,” is challenging the notion of law The same general conclusion. The fundamental problem that currently exists in this area is that many comparative studies are poorly thought over for comparative purposes.
