人才引进和储备是当前大多数企业的战略发展目标,人力资源管理成为企业管理的核心之一。绩效管理作为人力资源管理的重要手段,考核直接关系员工的自身利益,因此,有效地实施绩效考核能激发员工的积极性,为企业创造更大的价值。基于此,主要对绩效管理在企业管理中发挥的作用,亟待解决的问题与对策进行简要研讨。
The introduction and reserve of talents are the strategic development goals of most enterprises at present, and human resource management becomes one of the core of enterprise management. As an important means of human resources management, performance appraisal has a direct bearing on employees’ own interests. Therefore, the effective performance appraisal can stimulate staff’s enthusiasm and create more value for the enterprise. Based on this, the paper mainly discusses the role of performance management in enterprise management, the problems to be solved and the countermeasures.
