测定软膏中达克罗宁的含量。方法 :采用二阶导数光谱法 ,以 2 83.4nm(谷 )处的半振幅为定量依据 ,消除软膏中其它成分测定的干扰。结果 :平均回收率为 97.85 %。结论 :对 6批样品进行测定 ,方法可靠 ,简便 ,快速之特点。
Determination of the content of dacronin ointment. METHODS: The second-order derivative spectroscopy was used to quantify the half amplitude at 2 83.4 nm (valley) to eliminate the interference of other constituents in the ointment. Results: The average recovery was 97.85%. Conclusion: The determination of six batches of samples, the method is reliable, simple and fast features.
