目的:确分析医院麻醉药品使用合理性和处方开具规范化情况,为进一步加强我国肿瘤规范化诊疗管理,提高癌痛规范化治疗水平提供参考。方法:对医院2013年处方按门急诊与病区进行统计了解用药量和用药患者分布,审核处方了解医师用药合理性。结果:我院医师为癌痛患者开具的处方主要为吗啡类口服缓释剂,盐酸哌替啶注射液对于癌症疼痛和慢性疼痛基本不在使用。
Objective: To analyze the rationality of using narcotic drugs in hospitals and the standardization of prescriptions, so as to provide reference for further strengthening the standardization of diagnosis and treatment of cancer in our country and improving the standardization of cancer pain treatment. Methods: The hospital in 2013 according to the emergency department and the ward statistics to understand the dosage and medication distribution of patients, audit prescriptions to understand the rational use of physicians. Results: The prescription prescribed by our hospital for patients with cancer pain was mainly oral sustained-release morphine, and the meperidine hydrochloride injection was not used for cancer pain and chronic pain.
