笔者临症应用《千金要方》之温胆汤治疗由痰热(火)为患的多种疾病,其效颇佳,今择验案三则介绍于后。耳聋余某,女,29岁,1988年7月4日初诊。患感冒经服用感冒清、抗病毒冲剂等治疗,感冒愈后出现听力减退已一月余。经本院五官科诊断为“咽鼓管阻塞”,曾用增效联磺片口服、1%麻黄素液滴鼻等治疗无效。刻诊:耳失聪敏,听力减退,头痛头昏重,胸闷脘痞、口苦痰多,小便黄,舌质红
