目的探讨氯吡格雷和阿司匹林联合治疗在急性脑梗死临床治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2013年11月至2015年11月期间,在我院接诊的49例急性脑梗死患者,设为观察组,给予患者氯吡格雷和阿司匹林联合治疗,回顾性分析同期我院收治的部分急性脑梗死患者临床资料,设为对照组(n=48),给予单纯阿司匹林治疗,两组急性脑梗死患者接受不同的临床治疗,对比临床疗效。结果在接受不同治疗情况下,两组急性脑梗死患者临床治疗总有效率对比,差异明显,(P<0.05)。两组急性脑梗死患者脑灌注指标恢复对比,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论在急性脑梗死的临床治疗过程中,氯吡格雷和阿司匹林联合治疗可有效促进神经细胞功能恢复,安全有效,得到临床医师和患者的青睐,值得临床推广和使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of combination therapy with clopidogrel and aspirin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods From November 2013 to November 2015, 49 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital were selected as the observation group. Patients were treated with clopidogrel and aspirin. Clinical data of patients with acute cerebral infarction, as the control group (n = 48), given simple aspirin treatment, two groups of patients with acute cerebral infarction received different clinical treatment, the clinical efficacy. Results Under different treatment, the total effective rate of clinical treatment of acute cerebral infarction in both groups was significantly different (P <0.05). The recovery of cerebral perfusion index in two groups of patients with acute cerebral infarction was significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusions In the clinical treatment of acute cerebral infarction, the combined treatment of clopidogrel and aspirin can effectively promote nerve cell function recovery, safe and effective, and is favored by clinicians and patients, worthy of clinical promotion and use.
