随着我国医疗事业不断的改革与创新,新的医院财务管理制度也相继出台。创新的医院财务管理需要突出科学、规范、有效、公平的特点,方能与医疗市场的发展相适应。本文将现代化医院财务管理作为出发点,对医院财务管理进行了概述,对其中存在问题进行了阐述,并且给出了医院财务管理创新的途径。
With the constant reform and innovation of medical undertakings in our country, the new hospital financial management system has been promulgated one after another. Innovative hospital financial management needs to highlight the scientific, standardized, effective and fair features, in order to adapt to the development of the medical market. This article takes the modern hospital financial management as the starting point, gives an overview of the hospital financial management, elaborates on the existing problems, and gives the ways of the hospital financial management innovation.
