2月20日,桂林海事局“船员流动课堂”走进全州县黄沙河镇的船员家中。授课人员利用船员中午休息时间,组织该镇码头4名圩客船船员参加了此次培训。黄沙河镇地处湘江流域,本次培训主要为船员讲解了湘江水道通航环境、航行区间要求、渡船保养、安检相关知识,重点就渡船消防救生设施的配备维护、春季阴雨雾霾恶劣天气下航行安全进行了讲解,并免费发放了学习培训资料。海事授课人员还结合2002年该镇一艘圩客船在航行中翻沉导致4人死亡的事故案例,深入剖析了水上交通事故的原因,要求船员认真吸
February 20, Guilin Maritime Bureau “crew flow classroom ” into the crew of the Yellow River town of Quanzhou County.
