[目的]观察血浆血栓前体蛋白(TpP)水平在缺血性卒中患者中的变化,探讨其临床应用价值。[方法]采用ELISA法检测标本血浆中TpP水平,分别比较腔梗组、TIA组、脑血栓组与对照组血浆TpP含量,以及比较发病0~6h的脑梗死患者与发病6~24h的脑梗死患者血浆TpP含量变化。[结果]脑血栓组、TIA组血浆TpP含量比对照明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);腔梗组血浆TpP含量比对照组增高,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);脑血栓组血浆TpP含量比TIA组,腔梗组明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);发病0~6h的脑梗死患者的血浆TpP含量比发病6~24h的脑梗死患者增高,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]检测血浆TpP可作为缺血性卒中更早的诊断指标。也可以作为缺血性卒中患者病情发展变化的动态观察指标。
[Objective] To observe the changes of plasma thromboplastin (TpP) levels in patients with ischemic stroke and explore its clinical value. [Methods] TpP in plasma was detected by ELISA. The plasma levels of TpP in CAA group, TIA group, cerebral thrombosis group and control group were compared with those in control group at 0 ~ 6h and cerebral infarction at 6 ~ 24h Changes of plasma TpP levels in patients. [Results] Compared with control group, plasma TpP level in cerebral thrombosis group and TIA group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01). The plasma TpP level in CA group was higher than that in control group (P <0.05). Compared with TIA group and lumen infarction group, the plasma TpP level in cerebral thrombosis group was significantly higher than that in TIA group (P <0.01); the plasma TpP level in patients with cerebral infarction between 0 ~ 6h was higher than that in 6 ~ 24h cerebral infarction group, The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The detection of plasma TpP can be used as an earlier diagnostic indicator of ischemic stroke. Can also be used as a dynamic observation of ischemic stroke patients with changes in the status of development.
