为了探讨和开发制备金属基复合材料的新工艺 ,用逐步熔融凝固法制备了WC 6 5Mn复合材料 ,用扫描电子显微镜观察了试样的微观形貌和组织结构 ,并用IMAGETOOL软件分析不同试样的扫描图像 ,定量测定了增强相WC颗粒的分布状况 ,同时测量了材料的抗弯强度、弹性模量、硬度和冲击性能。试验结果表明增强相颗粒分布均匀 ,与基体结合良好 ,复合材料力学性能好。论证了用该方法制备金属基复合材料是可行的
In order to explore and develop a new process for preparing metal matrix composites, a WC 6 5Mn composite was prepared by a stepwise melt solidification method. The microstructure and microstructure of the WC 6 5Mn composites were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and analyzed by IMAGETOOL software Scanning images were taken to quantitatively determine the distribution of reinforcing phase WC particles. Meanwhile, the flexural strength, elastic modulus, hardness and impact properties of the material were measured. The experimental results show that the reinforcing phase particles are uniformly distributed and well bonded with the matrix, and the mechanical properties of the composite are good. It is proved that it is feasible to fabricate metal matrix composites by this method
