当前我们正处在新旧体制交替的新时期。要完成新旧体制的交替,实现“十四大”提出的从计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制的转换,关键取决于我们思想的解放和观念的转变,切实坚持实事求是的原则。
At present, we are at a time of new and old system alternation. The key to achieving the transition of the new system and the old one and realizing the transition from a planned economy to a socialist market economy as set forth in the “14th National Congress” depends critically on the emancipation of our thinking and on the change of notion, and in earnestly adhering to the principle of seeking truth from facts.
