2010年响应市委号召,我到六盘水市钟山区老鹰山镇仁活洞村驻村工作,任村党支部第一书记。在两年多驻村工作中,我围绕仁活洞村发展做了一些份内工作。到村后,我用了3个月时间走遍全村8个村(居)民组每一户农家。我根据平时了解掌握的情况,积极向镇党委汇报,与村支“两委”同志商量,结合村支“两委”换届,把6名年富力强、作风过硬,有点子、愿出力的致富带头人选进村支部,充实村党组织班子。
