二OOO年三月二十三日上午,全国第八届中青年书法篆刻家作品展览新闻发布会在江苏南京举行。随后,出席这次新闻发布会的中国书协秘书长、八届中青展组委会主任谢云,中国书协副秘书长、全国中青展主任评委刘正成,中国书协常务理事、江苏省书协主席尉天池,全国中青展副主任评委朱关田、王镛、何应辉、聂成文、王澄,中国书协创作委员会秘书长蔡祥麟,中国书协篆刻委员会秘书长崔志强等,就八届中青展即将实施的四大改革措施,进行了座淡。
