临床资料患者,男,45岁。主因龟头红斑、肿块、溃疡、结痂伴轻微疼痛感4年余,于2014年5月就诊。患者4年前龟头出现直径约1 cm的红斑,渐出现糜烂、结痂,伴轻微疼痛。曾于外院诊治,具体诊疗经过不详,病情未见好转。皮损渐扩大,且局部隆起形成肿块,2个月前皮损中央出现溃疡、结痂。患者既往体健,否认有特殊疾病史及冶游史,家族成员无类似疾病史,无包皮过长史。体格检查:系统体检未见明显
